Anudu Inc Salon strives to provide a relaxing, professional, and comfortable salon experience for every client. Please review the following guidelines for salon etiquette so that you know what to expect during your visits at Anudu Inc Salon.
Atmosphere: As a courtesy to other clients and staff, please turn off or silence your cell phone during your visit. Your appointment time is reserved for you, so please handle all personal and business matters before or after your visit. If you must take or make a phone call during your visit, please excuse yourself and step into the back hall.
Children in the salon: Anudu Inc Salon is a family-friendly hair salon, and we love children. However, children under 13 years of age must not be left unattended in any area of the salon. If you need to bring your child to your appointment, please provide them with a quiet activity. Many of our guests use this time to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing visit. For this reason, we recommend not bringing young children (under age 6) for visits lasting more than 30 minutes, as it may be difficult for them to remain quiet and patient. If necessary, please be mindful of other guests.
Children should not climb, stand, or play on any salon equipment, including chairs, benches, and sinks. They should not spin or pump hydraulic equipment. For their safety, they should walk, not run, through the salon. Parents will be responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing any equipment damaged by their children. Please remember that our stylists use sharp scissors, clippers, and chemicals that can be dangerous to the skin and eyes. If your child is disturbing other clients or stylists or is not behaving appropriately, you may be asked to reschedule.
Cancellations and rescheduling: We understand that clients may need to reschedule their appointments for various reasons. Our stylists often come in early or stay late to accommodate changing schedules. However, missed appointments impact both the salon and the stylist, who are paid on commission. We kindly request that clients provide at least 24-48 hours' notice for rescheduled or canceled appointments so we can fill the time with another client. If clients fail to give adequate notice or miss more than three appointments without calling, we will require a $25 non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. This deposit, payable by cash or credit card, will be applied to the total at checkout for kept appointments.
Appointment times: Your appointment and business are very important to us, and we are committed to maintaining a reliable schedule for both clients and team members. Our scheduling is designed to minimize waiting times. If you know ahead of time that you will be late, please call as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate you. However, if you arrive late, you may be asked to reschedule.
Personal stylists: To ensure comfort and consistency, the stylist who serves you on your first visit will be your personal stylist for future appointments unless you request otherwise. If you feel that another stylist may better meet your needs or offer a fresh perspective, please let us know. If your regular stylist is unavailable, we will offer another stylist for your appointment.
Walk-ins welcome: While we welcome walk-ins, please note that our salon can be busy, and there may be a wait time of over 10 minutes. If you have a preferred stylist, we recommend making an appointment. Appointments are appreciated and can be made in person, by phone, or online.
