Salon Etiquette:
A NU DU strives to provide a relaxing, professional, and comfortable salon experience for every client. Please review the following guidelines for salon etiquette so that you know what to expect during your visits at ANUDU.
Atmosphere: As a courtesy to other clients and staff, please turn off or silence cell phones during your visit. Your appointment time has been reserved for you, so please conduct all personal and business matters before or after your visit. If you MUST receive or make a phone call during your visit, please do so by excusing yourself and step to the back hall.
A NU DU is a family hair salon and we love children. However, children under 13 years of age MUST NOT be left unattended in any area of the salon. If you need to bring your child with you to your appointment, please bring a quiet activity for them to work on during your visit. Many of our guests use this time as an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy a peaceful relaxing visit that’s why We recommend that you do not bring along young children (under age 6) for visits lasting more than 30 minutes, as it is difficult to expect them to be quiet and patient for longer periods of time. If you must do so, please be aware and courteous of other salon guests.
Children should not climb, stand, or play on any salon equipment including chairs, benches, sinks, etc. They should not spin or pump hydraulic equipment. For their own safety, they should walk, not run through the salon. Parents will be charged the full price of repairing or replacing any damaged equipment resulting from misuse by their children. Please remember that our stylists are using very sharp scissors, clippers, and other tools, as well as chemicals than can dangerous to skin and eyes at the salon. If your child is disturbing other clients or stylists or is not acting appropriately while at the salon, you may be asked to reschedule.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling: We try to be understanding with clients who need to reschedule their appointments for whatever reason. You will often find our stylists coming in early or staying late to squeeze in clients and accommodate changing schedules. We often turn away clients who call at the last minute because our schedules are booked with clients who have committed to an appointment by booking in advance. However, our stylists are paid on a commission basis and missed appointments cost the salon and your stylist money. We politely request that clients allow 24-48 hours minimum for all rescheduled and/or cancelled appointments so that we can try to fill that time with another client. When clients fail to call and/or show up for appointments more than three times, or do not give us adequate notice, we can no longer book their appointments in advance without a $25 non-refundable deposit. These deposits are payable by cash or credit card at the time the appointment is made. All deposits paid on kept appointments will be applied to the total due at checkout.
Appointment Times: Your appointment and business is very important to us and we are committed to offering a reliable schedule to both our clients and our team members. Our scheduling is designed according to service to alleviate waiting for you, our valued clients as much as possible. If you know ahead of time that you will be late, please call as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please know that if you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Personal Stylists: To maintain comfort level and consistency for our clients, the stylist who first served you at your first visit will be your personal stylist for each subsequent visit, unless otherwise requested by you. If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another stylist who may provide a fresh point of view, please let us know. If there are extenuating circumstances and/or your stylist is not available during your requested appointment time, we will offer another stylist to you.
Walk ins are Welcomed: Please understand that our salon is busy and if you walk in, there may be more than a 10-minute wait. If you wish to request a stylist, it’s best to make an appointment. Appointments are appreciated you can stop in, call us, or you can book online.

If Dissatisfied with the quality of your service you must call the salon and speak with Teri (ONLY), You must be redone by management within 5 days.
